First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compares two hands-on treatments—Graston Technique (using tools to massage tissue) and Tissue Flossing (wrapping with elastic bands)—to see which works better for pain, movement, and daily function in people with knee stiffness after surgery. About 48 adults aged 20 to 40 who had a broken thigh or shin bone fixed with surgery will take part. Results will help guide better recovery options.
