NCT ID NCT06009341
Summary
This study tested whether a special training program helps people recover after knee replacement surgery. The program taught 50 patients over age 50 how to manage pain, relax, and prevent falls using in-person sessions and video lessons. Researchers measured pain levels, fear of movement, balance confidence, and quality of life over three months to see if the training improved recovery.
