NCT ID NCT04246138

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two computer-guided surgical methods for total knee replacement leads to better knee function and range of motion. It will involve 100 adults with knee arthritis who need a replacement. Patients will be randomly assigned to receive either a 'kinematic alignment' or a 'mechanical alignment' surgery, and their recovery will be compared over one year.
