First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study is testing a new knee replacement implant (GMK SpheriKA) to see if it helps people forget they have an artificial joint during everyday activities. About 281 adults aged 18-80 who need a first-time total knee replacement will receive the implant and be followed over time. The main goal is to measure how natural the knee feels using a special questionnaire.
