Summary
This study is testing a knee replacement implant called GMK SpheriKA in 281 people aged 18-80 who need a new knee. The main goal is to see if the implant helps patients forget they have an artificial joint during everyday activities. Researchers will also measure pain, function, and satisfaction using standard questionnaires.
