Summary
This study is collecting information on how well a specific knee replacement implant (GMK SpheriKA) works when placed using a particular surgical method called kinematic alignment. It involves 281 adults getting their first total knee replacement. The main goal is to see if the new joint feels so natural that patients forget it's there during daily activities.
