NCT ID NCT07578688

First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026

Summary

This study tests two different nerve block approaches for pain after total knee replacement. One uses a low-dose block near the hip, the other a standard block near the knee. The goal is to see which provides better pain relief with less muscle weakness, helping patients walk sooner and use less morphine. 120 adults scheduled for knee replacement will take part.
