Summary
This study aims to find which combination of nerve-blocking injections works better to control pain after knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare two different injection techniques in 86 patients undergoing the procedure. The goal is to reduce pain, help patients move sooner, and potentially shorten hospital stays.
