Summary
This study is testing if taking a dietary supplement called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) before knee replacement surgery can help reduce pain afterwards. Researchers will compare pain levels in patients who receive the supplement to those who receive a placebo. The goal is to see if this approach provides a safe and effective way to manage post-surgical pain.
