Decade-Long test for new knee implant begins

NCT ID NCT03078543

Summary

This study is checking the long-term safety and performance of a specific knee replacement implant called the ANTHEM™ PS. It will follow 148 patients with severe knee arthritis for 10 years after their surgery to see how well the implant lasts and how much it improves their pain and ability to move. The main goal is to show the implant works at least as well as other knee replacements that are already available.
