Summary
This study tested a new way to do knee exercises using a portable machine that adjusts to each person's needs. Twelve people with knee injuries (like ACL tears) did 6 weeks of training. The goal was to see if this method builds more muscle strength and flexibility than regular bodyweight exercises. Results focused on muscle size, strength, and pain levels.
