Can special balance training help people walk better after knee surgery?
NCT ID NCT07268651
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a 12-week balance and coordination training program to standard physical therapy helps people walk better and improves knee function after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will enroll 30 adults who recently had the surgery and measure their walking patterns, knee strength, and how they feel about their knee before and after the training. The goal is to see if this extra training leads to better recovery.
