Can a simple beat boost your knee recovery?

NCT ID NCT06662955

Summary

This study is testing if adding a rhythmic metronome sound to a specific knee-strengthening exercise helps improve muscle control after ACL surgery. It will involve 40 young athletes who recently had the surgery. Researchers will measure how the muscle responds during a single session of the exercise to see if the added rhythm makes a difference.
