Kneecap pain relief showdown: Hands-On technique vs ultrasound gel therapy
NCT ID NCT07445607
Summary
This study compares two physical therapy approaches for kneecap pain: a hands-on joint mobilization technique versus ultrasound therapy with a special gel. Forty-five adults with chronic kneecap pain will receive one of these treatments or standard exercises three times weekly for four weeks. Researchers want to see which method better improves muscle control, reduces pain, and helps people move more comfortably.
