New hope for chronic knee pain: nerve stimulation may beat standard shots

Summary

This study tests if a nerve stimulation treatment, alone or with a steroid shot, works better than a standard steroid shot for long-term knee pain. About 45 adults with chronic knee pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see which approach improves knee movement and reduces pain more safely.
