Summary

This study looks at two different exercise programs for people with patellofemoral pain (a common type of knee pain). One program focuses on neuromuscular control exercises (retraining how the muscles work together), while the other focuses on muscle strengthening. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves function over 6 weeks. The study involves 24 adults aged 18-40 with knee pain lasting more than 3 months.
