NCT ID NCT05403944

First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-week strength training program that includes power exercises can reduce pain and improve function better than standard care for people with patellofemoral pain (pain around the kneecap). About 88 adults aged 18-40 with knee pain lasting over 3 months will participate. The goal is to see if the new program lowers pain, improves knee function, and reduces the chance of pain coming back.
