Summary

This study tests whether a numbing injection around knee nerves (genicular nerve block) can reduce pain better than usual treatments in the emergency department. About 34 adults with non-injury knee pain and no major swelling on X-ray will take part. The main goal is to see how much pain drops on a 0-10 scale.
