New study tests simple band vs. cuff for knee pain relief
NCT ID NCT07402408
Summary
This study aims to see if a simple elastic band or a traditional inflatable cuff works better for a special type of low-load strength training in people with knee osteoarthritis. It will involve 46 adults aged 40-60 to compare their effects on pain, knee movement, leg strength, and daily function. Measurements will be taken over four weeks to see which method helps more.
