New nerve block combo may ease knee replacement pain

Summary

This study tests two different ways to numb the leg after knee replacement surgery. 86 adults aged 40-80 will get either a standard nerve block plus an IPACK block or a standard block plus a newer gastrosoleus block. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and the need for morphine more effectively.
