Mindful movement vs. standard exercises: which eases knee pain better?
NCT ID NCT07411027
Summary
This study aims to see if a 'body awareness' rehabilitation program works better than standard physical therapy exercises for people with chronic kneecap pain. 60 adults with long-term knee pain will be randomly assigned to try one of the two therapy approaches. Researchers will measure changes in pain, movement quality, and psychological well-being to determine which method is more effective.
