Does your running route cause knee pain? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07408700
Summary
This study aims to understand how the type of ground you run on (like asphalt, trail, or mountain) and your training intensity relate to a common knee pain called patellofemoral pain. Researchers will survey 126 recreational runners to see if certain running surfaces or training loads make this pain more likely. The goal is to gather information that could help runners prevent knee pain in the future.
