Summary

This study tested two different exercise programs for women with chronic knee pain. Forty-five female recreational athletes tried either hip-focused or ankle-focused exercises combined with knee strengthening, all delivered through telehealth sessions. Both exercise programs showed similar benefits in reducing pain and improving movement after eight weeks.
