Which knee exercise works best for anterior knee pain? new study aims to find out

Summary
This study compares three types of knee-strengthening exercises (isometric, isotonic, and eccentric) to see which best reduces pain and improves function in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome, a common cause of front knee pain. 90 adults aged 18-40 with at least 3 months of knee pain will be randomly assigned to one of three exercise groups. All participants will also receive standard treatments like heat and ultrasound. The goal is to find the most effective exercise approach for this condition.
