Summary
This study tests whether adding an extra nerve block (IPACK) to a standard one (adductor canal block) reduces pain and the need for strong painkillers after knee realignment surgery. About 100 adults aged 18-75 will participate. The goal is to find a better way to manage post-surgery pain and limit opioid use.
