Summary
This study tests a new treatment for knee osteoarthritis using tiny, dissolvable beads (Nexsphere-F) injected into blood vessels near the knee. It compares this to standard steroid injections. The goal is to see if the beads reduce pain, stiffness, and improve daily activities better than steroids. The study involves 126 adults with knee pain.
