Summary
This study compares two types of injections—platelet-rich plasma and activated cytokine-rich serum—for relieving knee pain in people with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. Sixty adults with knee pain will receive a single injection of one treatment, and their pain levels will be tracked. The goal is to see which injection works better for easing symptoms.
