Summary

This study tests a new drug called HRS-2129 in 200 people with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis pain. The goal is to see if different doses can reduce pain and improve knee function, while also checking safety. Participants must stop other pain treatments during the study, except for a basic rescue medicine.
