Summary

This study tests whether a specific type of exercise called diagonal proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare these exercises to standard strength training in 150 adults aged 40-60. The goal is to find a better way to manage symptoms and improve daily function.
