First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a type of exercise called diagonal proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) can reduce pain and improve function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare PNF exercises to standard strength training in 150 adults aged 40-60. Both groups will also receive heat therapy. The goal is to see which approach better eases pain, increases knee movement, and improves daily activities.
