First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) plus exercise works better than standard physical therapy plus exercise for knee osteoarthritis. One hundred adults aged 40 to 75 with knee arthritis will be split into two groups to compare pain relief, joint function, and knee health over time. The goal is to find a more effective way to reduce pain and improve daily movement without surgery.
