Summary

This study tests whether high-intensity laser therapy (HILT) works better than standard physical therapy for knee osteoarthritis. One hundred adults aged 40-75 with knee arthritis will receive either laser plus exercises or standard therapy plus exercises. Researchers will measure pain, joint function, and knee changes on MRI to see which approach offers better relief.
