New knee arthritis combo therapy tested for better healing

NCT ID NCT07112885

Summary

This study tested if combining two procedures works better than one for knee arthritis. 50 patients with moderate knee arthritis received either a cell therapy injection alone or that injection plus a bone marrow stimulation technique. Researchers measured pain, function, and cartilage health over two years to see which approach was more effective.
