First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for knee osteoarthritis using a liquid made from stem cells, called secretome. About 50 adults with moderate knee arthritis will get either the secretome or a standard lubricating shot. The goal is to see if the secretome reduces pain and improves knee function better than the usual treatment.
