This study tested two different treatments for people with grade II knee osteoarthritis: the Macquarie Injury Management Group protocol and a targeted knee exercise program. 84 adults aged 40-60 took part, split into two groups. Researchers measured pain, range of motion, and daily function to see which approach worked better.
