Summary
This study looks at how bending the knee during exercises like squats affects pain in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain). About 15 participants aged 15-35 will perform three types of squats while reporting their pain levels. The goal is to better understand the link between knee motion and pain to improve rehab exercises.
