Summary
This study is testing a special training program designed to prevent serious knee ligament (ACL) tears in young athletes. It involves 100 athletes aged 17-20 who play high-risk sports like soccer and basketball. The program teaches safer jumping and landing techniques through exercises and uses video analysis to spot and correct risky movements before an injury happens.
