New implant aims to fix knee pain faster than Bone-Cutting surgery
NCT ID NCT06423300
Summary
This study is testing a new implant system called LIFT for people with painful kneecap arthritis. It will compare the LIFT implant to a traditional surgery that cuts and repositions a bone in the leg. The main goal is to see if the implant works as well as the bone surgery over two years, while also checking if people recover their ability to walk faster.
