Could stronger knees be the key to easing your back pain?
NCT ID NCT07337213
Summary
This study is testing whether exercises that strengthen the knee muscles can help reduce pain and improve posture and function in men with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Researchers will compare different knee-strengthening routines against standard back exercises and a no-exercise group. Participants will exercise three times a week for eight weeks and have their pain, posture, and disability levels measured.
