NCT ID NCT06662955

First seen Dec 12, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing a specific knee exercise (terminal knee extension) with a metronome can improve how the thigh muscle works in athletes who recently had ACL reconstruction. 40 participants, aged 18-35, will do one session of the exercise. The goal is to see if the audible cues help the muscle fire more effectively, which could aid early rehabilitation.
