Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques (screws vs. plates) to correct bow legs or knock-knees in children aged 3 and older who are still growing. The goal is to improve leg alignment, reduce pain, and lower the risk of early knee arthritis. Sixty children will be enrolled and followed for short-term results.
