Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for repairing damaged knee cartilage in adults. One method uses a patient's own concentrated bone marrow cells on a special scaffold, while the other uses the standard microfracture technique. Researchers want to see which approach better reduces pain and improves knee function over two years.
