New collagen patch tested for knee cartilage repair

Summary
This study tested a special collagen membrane (Chondro-Gide®) to help repair damaged knee cartilage. It included 75 people aged 18-55 with moderate to severe cartilage defects. The goal was to see if the membrane safely improves cartilage healing, measured by MRI scans and knee function scores.
