Knee cartilage repair showdown: which surgery works best?

Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques for repairing large cartilage defects in the knee: a newer cell-based method (MACT) and an enhanced microfracture method (AMT). It will enroll 80 people aged 15-50 who have not improved with non-surgical treatments. The goal is to see which approach better improves knee function and quality of life.
