Summary

This study looks at whether period pain affects how well young women sense their knee position and maintain balance. Researchers will measure balance and knee joint awareness in 62 healthy female students aged 18-25 who have regular periods. The goal is to understand if menstrual pain impacts movement control, which could guide future treatments.
