Summary

This study compares two physical therapy methods for people with moderate knee arthritis. One approach uses hands-on joint and tissue manipulation, while the other uses traditional exercises and pain-relief devices. Researchers will measure which method better reduces pain and improves daily movement in 50 participants over 6-8 weeks.
