Elastic band therapy tested for knee arthritis pain relief
NCT ID NCT07181421
Summary
This study is testing if adding a technique called 'tissue flossing' to standard knee exercises helps people with knee osteoarthritis feel better. Tissue flossing involves wrapping an elastic band around the knee to improve blood flow. Researchers will compare pain, knee movement, and strength in two groups of adults over four weeks: one doing exercises plus flossing, and one doing exercises alone.
