New injection shows promise for Worn-Out knees

Summary
This study is testing whether four weekly injections of an experimental drug called TPX-100 can help people with knee arthritis. Researchers will compare TPX-100 to placebo injections in 270 adults aged 50-80 over 53 weeks. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and if it reduces pain while improving knee function and structure.
