New exercise approach tested for aching knees
NCT ID NCT07426549
Summary
This study aims to see which of two specific exercise methods works better for people with mild to moderate knee arthritis. Researchers will compare exercises done with legs fixed versus moving freely, both using a technique that restricts blood flow to make muscles work harder with less strain. The goal is to reduce pain, improve strength, and help with daily activities like standing up from a chair.
