Lab-Grown cartilage sheets tested to repair arthritic knees

NCT ID NCT06549686

Summary

This study is testing whether adding lab-grown cartilage cell sheets to a standard knee realignment surgery works better than the surgery alone. It aims to see if these sheets help repair damaged cartilage and improve pain, stiffness, and function in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 96 participants will be followed for over a year to measure their knee health and check for safety.
