Researchers link knee angle to how your foot hits the ground
NCT ID NCT07500597
Summary
This study aimed to understand if the angle of a person's knee (called the Q-angle) is related to how pressure is distributed across their foot while walking. Researchers measured the knee alignment and walking patterns of 92 physically active young adults. The goal was to gather knowledge that could help inform future approaches to injury prevention or footwear design.
