New drug tested to stop deadly clots in kidney patients
NCT ID NCT07201467
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called KN060 in patients with end-stage kidney disease who are on regular dialysis. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and if it can help prevent dangerous blood clots from forming in the dialysis machine tubing and in the patient's own blood vessels. Researchers will give the drug to a small group of 12 patients and closely monitor them for side effects and signs of clotting or bleeding.
